Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and practice information you provide during onboarding.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
Practice Data: Dental practice information displayed on our platform is aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not collect private patient information.

DentalVitals is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We do not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). All dental practice data on our platform is derived from publicly available sources. If you are a dental practice owner, do not submit patient information through our platform.
8. Your Rights

9. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
