DentalVitals is a dental practice intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data to provide competitive benchmarks, AI visibility tracking, and practice analytics. The Service is designed for dental professionals and consumers seeking practice information.
3. Data Sources & Accuracy
All information presented on this site is sourced from publicly available records. DentalVitals finds, fetches, and organizes this data for dental professionals. While we strive for accuracy, some figures may not be 100% accurate. All insights are inferred from publicly available information and should not be considered as professional advice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) resell access to the Service without written authorization.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the property of EOX Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. The dental practice data displayed is derived from public sources and is not our proprietary data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
